EMBRACING FASHION
Fashion, clothes, accessories- they can all seem a little superficial at times, but I have to say it's crazy how an outfit can change how you feel. I remember being hooked on talk show makeovers and how you'd see someone say they have newfound confidence just by changing their hair and wardrobe. Fashion for me has been a way to reflect how I'm feeling and sometimes, has helped me exude a confidence that I may not have been feeling.
After having twins, there's a lot that has brought me joy but at the same time, there have been moments when I've felt not like myself- times where I've just let myself "bum out". And there's nothing wrong with that, we all need those moments - at the same time, there are days where I'm like, I need to get out of spit-up clothes, I need to shave my legs, I need to get dressed. And I feel soooo much better for it.
As I've shared on here for a while now, Walmart has turned out to be my fave one-stop-shop. What started as a destination for all the things a new mama needs- diapers etc, has turned into a true fashion stop for me as well. So many of my recent looks that have generated the most " where did you get that?" have been from Walmart.
My fave Walmart brands have to be Scoop, Circus and the recently launched Free Assembly which is, in my opinion, one of the best launches Walmart has done- it just looks, feels and fits so well- not to mention that no one will ever believe you when you share how much you spent.

So if you're looking for that outfit confidence boost, looking for some new boots to put a little pep in your step, or just looking for your next everyday denim- allow yourself- you deserve it.
