It was time for a change. I was suffering from I have no clue what to do with my hair. And so I went on YouTube and Instagram and was simply overwhelmed with the options. When did people start using yarn to create faux locs? What was the difference between Havana and Marley? Should I just stick to old faithful kanekalon braids? At the end of some really unnecessary back and forth in my head (I can seriously be really indecisive), I settled on Yarn twists. It's taking a little getting used but thats always the case the first few days I get braids.

While it wasn't exactly summer weather, we had moved away from the negative 10 degree (felt like torture) weather we had earlier and the first time I could manage a pic without my trusty bubble jacket that has been my best friend for the past few.
