HAPPY MONDAY: FEELING ACCOMPLISHED
Finally, Finally finished writing up my detailed reviews of my trip to Seychelles- I have been almost done for way too long now. I decided that I was not going to move from my computer until I was done. There's no better feeling than that feeling of striking items off your to-do list. This one had gotten to the point of making me feel seriously undisciplined.
P.S. Did I mention that I rushed over to Dallas last weekend to see my new nephew? My sister had Irish twins, her first was born just last year- a few days before my new nephew was born this year. I couldn't be a happier aunty. We had a dedication in church and celebrated with family & friends. We ate, we chatted and we made so much noise, you wouldn't believe there were babies in the house. Have to give it up to my niece and nephew, they are very prepared for an African household as they did not budge from their slumber inspite of all the loud and inspired arguments (from politics to economics).
As has been the case lately, I have been showcasing affordable looks from Old Navy- they really do come through each and every time. Here, in the skinny rockstar in black denim paired with their leopard print sandals, that I have worn and worn and worn- (what can I say- cute & comfy). The velvet golden top is an unexpected touch and cos it's chilly now, I got a burgundy bomber (trying to stay away from black).
So- stay tuned, travel stories coming this week - THURSDAY!!
HAPPY MONDAY.
