HAPPY MONDAY: QUEBEC CITY RECAP
A little late but I'm finally getting to share some of the awesomeness that was my Montreal trip. I was really gonna get this all done yesterday but for some reason, I stared at my kitchen cabinets and decided they were looking a little unloved and that they were due for some love. next thing I know I'm painting the kitchen cabinets. They look lovely but now they just made the walls around them look alot less lovely, which means I'll have to paint the surrounding kitchen walls. I seriously just go off on some of these life tangents. Anyways, before I veer off even further, I'll get back on track.
First stop was Quebec City. First time there. Our hotel was Hotel Pur (Tryp by Wyndham).

We headed over quickly to Vieux Quebec, about a 10 minute walk from hotel. We unfortunately didn't have much time as we were going to be driving to Montreal that same night for Jazz Fest activities. It's for that reason that we took so few pictures. Sometimes the act of picture taking while traveling can become so involved, you don't really get a chance to just immerse yourself in where you are and what you're doing (I know some people will beg to differ). There are so many little shops with one of a kind handmade items from local artists. It's always a success when we find something charming to bring home and we definitely did.
