BEST IN SALE: MY PICKS
Now what kinda friend would I be if I didn't share what I'm loving right now that's on sale. You see the thing about SALES, is that everyone gets excited when they start, but you can't let yourself get carried away. I promise you, patience brings rewards or in this case major steals. You see, you have to wait and watch and wait, cos' those cuts, they'll get better, they'll get steeper, if you just wait. There are some one of kind items, that you may, you just may lose out on by playing this particular game of chicken. I've had that happen before and then I beat myself up (just a little) as I wonder why I just didn't bite the bullet sooner. But a loss is a loss and a gain is a gain. You can't win them all, but you can totally score, if you just wait. Right about this time, sometime in August, retailers get nervous, they get itchy, they get tired of playing games and they have a Fall collection just waiting to be released and they could really care less about Spring or Summer items still taking up space in their stores. They are losing faith in anyone ever making that buy, they have been pushed to their limit, so they inch closer and closer to insanity, or in their case, insane prices. It is this time, that I actually start shopping Sales, looking for their desperation- ecstatic when I spot that crazy 70-80% off, looking for the final push before the clothes end up in some warehouse to be shipped to some place that can unload them, sometimes to be shipped somewhere offshore.So let's go, my picks, from some of my fave retailers:
