Check and check and triple check
I have been eyeing these earrings from modcloth for a minute now. Saw them on one of my fav bloggers.

Thing is, for some cheap reason, I couldnt get myself to part with $29.99 (not including shipping) for them. It didnt matter how much I drooled, I kept placing in shopping cart and then exiting the website. I guess we all have our personal limits on how much we want to spend on certain things. It then dawned on me to check Etsy for cicada earrings, and here's what I found

I actually ended up buying a pair from moonandsea- quick and easy transaction. Price $18. When I get a chance, I have to add a pic of me sporting them. So far they're my fav earrings, get tons of compliments- and cos I leave in NYC, everyones got jokes- "Are those roaches on your ears??" I also picked up some spiders from her store, just so my cicada's wouldn't get lonely.
