HAPPY MONDAY: EVERYTHING OLD
Hello peoples, hope you all had a fun weekend. The hubby and I recently decided that we wanted to travel a whole lot more and as such I'm now on a hopefully more successful than the last time, self-imposed shopping/spending freeze. It's crazy the stuff you find when you have to really dig into your closet and rethink why you're not wearing that top you so badly needed to purchase. Like this leather/linen mix top that I grabbed from H&M for $15 on clearance about 3 years ago. I've only worn it twice. Also the $5 shades I got from Claire's or some el cheapo Claire's type shop. The bag has also been around for a minute, I'm not as fun of it, but I'll be rocking it.
Everything else I have on was purchased on Sale. I just realized I almost never pay full price and neither should you. The pumps are Zara, purchased for $39 down from $89, while the pants are Club Monaco $24 originally $159 from the Queens Center mall location (for NYC peeps, that Club Monaco is like an outlet, most everything is 50% to 60% off all the time) and finally the necklace was $7.90 from Etsy.
Wish me luck on not getting greedy or Insta/Blog envy and rushing out to get a new coat and boots. Cos you know every season we all moan and complain about how we need a new coat and boots. I'm just walking around thinking to myself, I've gotta make it to Asia, gotta see South America, wanna see the world... no shoes for you.
HAVE A VERY HAPPY MONDAYand rest of the week.
