WHERE TO STAY IN MYKONOS: 7 OF THE BEST OPTIONS
Mykonos was absolutely amazing in every way and yes you don’t have to be a party hopper to enjoy this beautiful Greek island. There were plenty of families while we were there and the fact that it’s pretty much flat makes it an excellent option for walking families. I will say there are quite a lot of narrow alleys, cobblestones and more, so while it's not overly hilly, there are points that can be tricky if you’re managing a stroller. This did not stop some families we met, but luckily the boys were light enough to be on a carrier more often than not. Now that they’re older, we know they will enjoy navigating those white and blue colored streets and alleys..
WHERE TO STAY:
Today, let’s talk about where to stay - I always think about 3 things: affordability, Convenience, Design. Sometimes, I end up at not the most convenient or affordable spot, simply because it is beautiful and just one of those bucket list places to stay. Other times, I just want a place to lay my head smack dab in the middle of everything. So my list has a little bit of everything - Be warned, I prefer small intimate hotels, so if you’re looking for the large resort type options, we’ll save that for next time:
